RETURN AND QUALITY POLICY

At Vintage Solutions, we strive for the highest quality in our digitizing services. Please review your digitized files promptly upon receipt.

 

Quality Assurance and Re-Digitizing

  • 15-Day Quality Check: Customers have fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of delivery to check the quality and accuracy of the digitized files.

  • Re-Digitizing Requests: If you find an issue with the quality of the digitizing within this 15-day period, please contact us immediately using our correction request form or email us at hello@myvintagesolutions.com to request a correction or re-digitization at no extra charge.

  • Requests After 15 Days: Re-digitizing requests made after the initial fifteen (15) calendar days will be subject to digitizing fees. 

Digital File Access

  • Download Link Activity: The secure links provided for downloading your digitized files will remain active for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the notification email.

  • Reminder Email: You will receive an email reminder before the 30-day link expiration.

  • Link Extension: If you require the download link to remain active beyond the initial 30 calendar days, please use the link extension request form prior to the expiration date to arrange for an extension.
