You can find this ID printed on your drop off receipt, your invoice, or in the welcome email we sent you when your digitized files were ready. If you cannot find it, please do not worry! Just give us a call or send us a message, and we will happily look it up for you.

Your PIN is the last 4 digits of your phone number.If you are having issues with your PIN, simply reach out to Jaycee. I can easily verify your identity and get you securely logged back in!

Don't worry, your memories are safe! We keep a secure backup of your files on our end. The "Access Date" simply means the temporary link to this online dashboard will expire. We highly recommend downloading your files to your own computer before this date. If you ever lose your files and need a new link after it expires, just reach out to Jaycee!

The best way is to download the files to your computer first. Once they are saved on your computer, you can easily attach your favorite photos to an email, post them on Facebook, or drag them onto a USB Flash Drive to hand directly to your family members.

Yes! If you have a modern "Smart TV," the easiest way to watch your videos is to use a USB Flash Drive. Simply plug the USB drive into the USB port (usually located on the back or side of your TV). Your television will typically display a menu on the screen asking if you want to view the files. Note: If you need a USB drive, you can order one with your files loaded right from your dashboard!

Because high-quality videos and photos are large files, they can sometimes take several minutes to download depending on your internet speed. Be patient and wait a few moments. You can usually check the progress by looking for a small download arrow icon at the top right of your web browser, or by checking the "Downloads" folder on your computer.

It is perfectly normal to worry about your digital files! The safest approach is the "3-2-1" rule: keep three copies of your memories. For example, keep one copy on your computer, one copy on a USB Flash Drive stored in a safe place, and remember that we keep a secure backup copy as well.

Once the digitizing process is finished, we do not ship items back through the mail, but you have three convenient options for your original media:Office Pick-Up: You can stop by our office to pick up your items in person.Delivery Service: You can request our convenient pick-up and delivery service to have them brought directly to your door.Safe Disposal: If you no longer want to store the physical items and only need your new digital files, just let us know! We can safely and respectfully dispose of them for you.
