Vintage Solutions Gift Card Giveaway - Terms and Conditions

 

1. Eligibility:

This giveaway is open to individuals who have attained the age of 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Vintage Solutions, LLC, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. This offer is void where prohibited by law.

2. Giveaway Period:

Entries will be accepted commencing November 1st at 8:00 AM EST and concluding on November 15th at 11:59 PM EST.

 

3. How to Enter:

To enter, participants are required to:

1. Share the official giveaway post.

2. Visit www.myvintagesolutions.com/giveaway and complete the designated entry form.

Only one entry per person is permitted. 

One winner per address is permitted. 

 

4. Prizes:

 

Grand Prize (1st Winner): One (1) $100 Vintage Solutions gift card, redeemable for Home Movie digitizing service, in addition to one (1) ‘Saved’ Tee.

 

Runner-Up Prize (2nd Winner): One (1) $50 Vintage Solutions gift card, redeemable for Home Movie digitizing service, in addition to one (1) ‘Saved’ Tee.

 

Non-winning participants will receive an exclusive discount on Vintage Solutions digitizing services and ‘Saved’ tees.

 

Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash equivalent or substitution of prize will be offered.

 

5. Winner Selection and Notification:

Winners will be selected randomly utilizing computer software. Winners will be announced on November 19th. Notification will be provided via email, and a corresponding social media announcement will be published. Should a selected winner be uncontactable, ineligible, fail to claim the prize within 5 days from the date of award notification, or fail to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner subsequently selected.

 

6. General Conditions:

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Vintage Solutions, which are final and binding in all matters pertaining to this giveaway. Vintage Solutions reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the giveaway, or any portion thereof, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Vintage Solutions’ reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by Vintage Solutions in its sole discretion.

 

By entering, participants grant Vintage Solutions the right to utilize their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation.
