Service Description
Your digitizing project is officially complete, and we cannot wait to hand your family history back to you! Please schedule a brief, 15-minute appointment to drop by our office, collect your original items, and pick up your brand-new digital files. What to expect when you stop by: • The Grand Tour: We’ll do a quick review together to make sure you have absolutely everything you need before you head out. • Bring Your Tech (Optional): If you have questions about how to open or share your new files on your phone or laptop, we're happy to show you! • Quick & Easy: We’ll have you in, out, and down memory lane in less than 15 minutes. We’ve loved working on your project and can't wait to see you!
Cancellation Policy
We have a private suite located within Office Evolution we kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your scheduled consultation. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we appreciate your communication. Please let us know by emailing us at hello@myvintagesolutions.com or by texting or calling 614-787-5060. We do not charge any cancellation fees.
